New Job Opportunity at Passion Air
POSITION: Ticketing Agent (Tamale, Takoradi)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest quality of customer service at the ticket office.
- Handle all customer-related concerns efficiently and satisfactorily at the front desk.
- Ensure that customer turnaround times meet company expectations.
- Sell the company’s services and introduce new ones to clients.
- Adhere to and uphold high levels of professionalism by following the company’s grooming standards, ethics, etiquette, and other policies.
- Address payment, ticketing, and reservation concerns. Resolve complaints and accurately respond to client inquiries about services and procedures.
- Manage assigned corporate accounts and travel agencies in coordination with the sales officer. Follow the ticketing supervisor’s instructions regarding how to process, pay, and report refunds.
- Manage assigned corporate accounts and travel agencies in coordination with sales.
- Issue all non-revenue/staff tickets as allocated by the ticketing supervisor.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports. Assist with call-outs and customer service management during disruptions.
- Assist the marketing manager with the implementation of special events and activities.
Requirements:
- HND in sales or marketing related disciplines.
- IATA Certificate in Reservations and Tickets.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English, as well as at least one local language, and possess strong communication skills.
- At least 2 years of expertise with ticketing and reservations.
- Knowledge of passenger handling is advantageous.
- Skilled user of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- The ability to handle difficult consumer inquiries or complaints.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and vocal.
- Exceptional customer service talents.
- Selling skills
