ROLE TITLE: User Acquisition Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead growth activities across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Use local channels in Ghana to increase user acquisition and retention.
• Run optimizations to meet your monthly Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) targets.
• A/B testing and data analysis can help to enhance conversion rates and overall performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to match growth plans to company goals.
• Identify chances for expansion and innovation to fuel long-term growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and give daily or monthly reports.
• Keep up with industry developments and best practices to help you adopt effective growth plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar subject.
• A minimum of one year of experience in growth marketing or a related function.
• Experience with local traffic sources in Ghana/Uganda for user acquisition is preferred.
• Proficiency in many digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically in order to tackle complex challenges and achieve results.
• Working across teams requires excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated with a desire to drive growth and achieve goals.
