POSITION: Business Development Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Executive headquartered in Tamale. The Business Development Executive’s daily responsibilities will include new business development, lead creation, business communication, and account management. The role will entail identifying and exploring new business possibilities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Leasafric’s services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Get familiar with all our products and services.
• Direct contact, word-of-mouth, and marketing department coordination to attract new clients.
• Attending networking events to find clients.
• Maintaining meaningful client ties to keep them.
• Inviting clients to upgrade or add products and services.
• Writing business proposals and contracts to increase customer revenue.
• Negotiating the best deals with clients.
• Training people in technical and social skills to boost sales.
• Reviewing client comments and making improvements.
• Keeping up with consumption patterns to keep our products relevant.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation Skills
• Solid understanding of business basics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Account Management Experience
• Ability to successfully market and promote services.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 0–4 years of post-professional experience in company development, administration, sales, and marketing jobs.
